It's Been a While - Here's All the Big News!

It's been a little while since I landed in your inbox, so I'm thrilled to be writing to you today with lots of exciting updates! So much has been happening behind the scenes, and I wanted to share it all will you in one big, friendly catch-up. From class updates, private coaching and retreats, to my new podcast, the launch of Amalithia, and the uniting of everything under one mission to support your wellbeing - I hope you'll find something here that inspires or helps you on your own journey. I'm also very excited to introduce Linda, our new consultant Health Coach, who will bring so much warmth and expertise to our community. We'll be hosting our first webinar together on the 15th July, and I'd love for you to join us. Read on for all the details about classes, personal training/Pilates, retreats, Amalithia and how everything is coming together in service of helping you feel your best. 📌 A New Mission: One Vision for Well-Being This past 6 months has been about pulling together all the different strands of what I do under a single mission: to support your well-being in a holistic, accessible, and empowering way. Whether you join me for classes, listen to the podcast, sign up for private coaching, or take part in one of our events, it's all now rooted in this shared goal: helping you build a foundation of strength, calm, knowledge, and self-care. ⭐ Classes at Gyre Fit Studios
It still blows my mind how far we have come with classes! From just a few per week to now 17 classes covering different aspects of Pilates, as well as barre and of course circuits, it really is so incredible! I'm so grateful to all our members as we would not have grown as we have without all of you and your support!
For the rest of the summer the schedule will remain as it is. The only change, which will take effect immediately, is the introduction of Barre Basics week which will run on the first week of every month at our usual barre class times on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Barre Basics week is designed for both existing barre class attendees as well as new members to help make this awesome modality more accessible, fun, and truly foundational. Whether you are brand new or experienced, Barre Basics week is all about building confidence and strength in a welcoming environment.

I've launched a brand new podcast to share conversations, tips, and reflections on movement, health, and well-being. 💚 Personal Training & Private Pilates
I have now moved my personal training services from under Gyre Fit Studios to now run under my own name — Amalia Montague Personal Training.
My personal training and Pilates sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel truly connected to your body. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to take your training to the next level, I create customised programs that align with your goals, lifestyle, and body's unique needs. Currently I offer mobile coaching services to clients in West Sussex. Sessions can be delivered at your home, outdoor space, or place of work, whatever works best for you. Reformer Pilates - As some of you may know I'm in the process of completing my Pilates reformer certification. Very exciting!! My goal is to offer private and semi-private reformer sessions from later this year. I am working on a location for this service and will keep you updated with progress on this. 🌳 Introducing Amalithia
One of the most exciting things I'm launching fully in Spring 2026 is Amalithia, a brand dedicated to reconnecting us back to nature through beautifully curated products and mindful experiences, all deeply inspired by my love for the Sussex countryside. Each product offered will be paired with its own thoughtful, mindful experience - whether that's a workshop, retreat, or a simple ritual you can do at home. It's about weaving moments of calm, presence, and connection into everyday life, and bringing the beauty and grounding of nature a little closer, wherever you are. I also wanted to share some news about our retreats! The August Align & Shine: Mini Pilates Retreat at Let's Retreat sold out all the way back in April - thank you so much to everyone who jumped in early! I truly can't wait to see you there! 👋 Welcoming Linda
I'm absolutely thrilled to share some wonderful news with you all - we have a brand new addition to the Gyre Fit Studios team!
Please join me in welcoming Linda Parsons, who is coming onboard as our Consultant Health Coach. Linda is an incredible woman with a wealth of experience and a deeply inspiring personal journey in health and fitness. Her passion for living a balanced, healthy life led her to become a certified Health Coach, and now she is on a mission to help others do the same.
On a personal note, Linda has been a cherished family friend since I was around 11yrs old. We go way back, and I can confidently say she is not only a brilliant coach but also one of the most compassionate and empowering people you'll meet. I truly believe she is going to be an amazing resource and a real asset for our whole community.
To celebrate Linda joining us, we're hosting a FREE webinar next month. This will be a fantastic opportunity to get to know Linda, hear her story, and gain a deeper understanding of how health coaching can support your goals.
