Pilates
Perfect for newbies to Pilates as well as those looking to develop their practice. Learn to engage the core effectively, improve posture, achieve better muscle balance throughout the body, gain better flexibility/mobility and work on the mind body connection.
Power Pilates
Based on the principles of Pilates, this dynamic workout offers a fusion of exercises using body weight as well as free weights, resistance bands, glider discs and other small equipment to help build lean muscle, a strong core, improve mobility while elevating your heart rate.

Dynamic Pilates
Set to music, this dynamic and flowing class is based on Pilates exercises with influences from other movement modalities to strengthen and mobilise your whole body. This is an intermediate/advanced class.

Pilates (intermediate/advanced)
Ideal for those who have practiced Pilates for a while and are looking to explore more challenging movements as well as finessing technique.​
