Circuits

​Fun circuits based class using a combination of functional and cardio based exercises to help you get fitter and stronger. Suitable for ALL levels of fitness. This class is held indoors during the autumn/winter and outdoors in the spring/summer. Class limited to 12 participants.

Strength & Conditioning
Strength & conditioning class based in a gym environment. Using a combination of functional, cardio and strength training exercises this class is designed to help you build confidence with gym equipment as well as improving overall strength and fitness. Suitable for ALL levels of fitness. Class limited to 10 participants.
