Pilates Progression

This 3 week course, which is set over 3 x 1hr sessions is designed to support those who wish to progress their Pilates practice including intermediate/advanced movements to improve strength, mobility and flexibility further.
There are only 4 spaces available on this course to allow for more support and in depth instruction, especially with the more challenging movements.
Please bring your own mats. All other equipment will be provided.
Due to the types of exercises being introduced, this course is suitable for those who have already been practicing Pilates regularly for a while. What to wear for class:
Comfortable workout clothing which allows you to
move freely. Pilates can be practiced with
bare feet or Pilates socks (aka sticky socks).

Intro to BarreConcept Classes

BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. These elements fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve.

Because of the dynamic nature of this workout if you have never done barre before it is best to attend an Intro to BarreConcept class first. These 1hr classes will give you an idea of what to expect in a regular class so that you can enjoy the benefits and have fun 😊
