NEW Mobile Personal Training & Pilates Service


Since starting AMHF back in April 2021 I have learnt so much both from a coaching delivery and a business point of view.


I am always looking to keep improving my services and do pay attention to client feedback.


Sometimes this feedback isn't necessarily a direct comment or suggestion, but rather picking up on a client's energy and feelings in general about their training. Apart from helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals, the most important thing for me as a coach is that my clients feel happy and comfortable with their training environment.


The majority of clients I coach want help and support with one or several of these challenges:

  • Social anxiety

  • General aches and pains from a sedentary job

  • Lack of time to exercise

  • Low confidence and motivation

  • Poor eating habits

  • High stress

To help clients tackle these challenges and enjoy the journey of getting fitter and healthier, I am now offering a fully mobile personal training and Pilates service for clients in West Sussex. Whether the preference is to train at home or an outside space nearby, my aim is to help those who really do want to make a positive change but would feel more comfortable starting the journey in a familiar space as well as removing travel time for those with a particularly crazy schedule.

Client of the Month


The AMHF client of the month for June is Victoria (Tori) Hill!


Tori is THE original class member of AMHF, joining me back in May 2021!


Always bringing a great and positive energy to every class she attends, Tori not only smashes her own workouts but is one of most vocal encouragers in the group which I just LOVE!



Behind the scenes, Tori has also been working on forming new positive habits to support her health and fitness journey with a focus on self care. In my opinion, forming habits around self care are just as important as physical exercise and good nutrition for optimum wellness.


Amazing effort Tori! Congratulations with all your hard work! Thank you for being such an important and supportive member of our community!



Intro to Pilates workshop at Let's Retreat, Angmering, West Sussex


Registration closes Saturday 17th June!

This workshop is designed specifically for newbies to Pilates.


During this 3 hour event, I will introduce you to the world of Pilates. Beginning with the all important Pilates principles and how practicing this method of exercise can have a profound effect on how you move and connect with your body.


As well as learning and practicing the fundamentals of Pilates, you will also be introduced to small equipment to enhance your practice including resistance bands, mini ball, light hand weights and the Pilates ring.


There will also be light refreshments and opportunities to chat with me about any questions you may have about your journey with Pilates.


NB Please bring your own mat. All other equipment and refreshments will be provided. Parking available onsite.
