My sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence and efficiency. Whether your goal is to get stronger, support long-term health, recover from injury, or prepare for a specific challenge, every programme is tailored to you. 

Drawing on a range of disciplines including strength training, mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, functional fitness, cardio, and mobility work - I focus on biomechanics and movement patterns first. The result? Improved movement quality, greater strength, and a body that performs as it should.

Posture Analysis/Fitness Assessment (60mins) - £60

Session Packages*
Single session (60mins) - £60
5 x 60mins sessions - £275
10 x 60mins sessions - £500

 

*Private session packages are designed to be used weekly as a minimum, helping you stay consistent and get the most from your practice. 

- Single session: valid for 2 weeks
- 5 session packages: valid for 6 weeks

- 10 session packages: valid for 12 weeks

Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
