Private Pilates sessions with me are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel truly connected to your body. Every client is unique, so I draw on a variety of techniques to support your fitness and wellbeing journey:

Posture Analysis/Fitness Assessment (60mins) - £60
Session Packages*
Single session (60mins) - £60
5 x 60mins sessions - £275
10 x 60mins sessions - £500
*Private session packages are designed to be used weekly as a minimum, helping you stay consistent and get the most from your practice.
- 5 session packages: valid for 6 weeks
- 10 session packages: valid for 12 weeks
Extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
