Beginner BarreConcept Workshops

BarreConcept incorporates the precision of Pilates with the positions, moves, grace and technique of ballet. These elements fuse to form a challenging and exciting workout, which stretches and sculpts the muscles, whilst burning fat. Balance, strength, stamina, power, flexibility and motor control all improve.

Because of the dynamic nature of this workout, regardless of whether you have done barre before, ALL participants will need to attend one of the workshops first before joining a regular class. These 90mins workshops will give you an idea of what to expect in a regular class so that you can enjoy the benefits and have fun 😊
What to wear for class:
Comfortable workout clothing which allows you to move freely. BarreConcept can be practiced with bare feet, Pilates socks (aka sticky socks), or ballet shoes it's completely your choice.
What to bring:
Please bring a mat and water.
